DESCRIPTION Originating from the Puglia region (Southern Italy), the vineyard is located in the province of Taranto, around the town of Manduria. The grapes are hand-picked after drying for 15 days on the vines. This allows the ripening process to continue, the bunches ripen a second time and die on the vine; the flavor of the grapes intensifies, reinforcing the characteristic traits. Blending the different grape varieties by the skilled hands of our Master Winemakers, the "passerillage" (the Italian word for the drying technique) gives the wine a unique and irresistible character.
