A classic Italian Valpolicella made from 45% Corvina, 40% Corvinone, and 15% Rondinella. Estate vineyards are located in the hilly area of Montecchia di Crosarac, East facing, 410m ASL with limestone and pebble soil. Fermentation was completed on the skins for 7 to 10 days, then aged in stainless steel. Aromas of blackberry and cherries dominate before leading into the supple palate with light tannins and plenty of flavour.
